Digitalizing loan disbursements with a mobile wallet

1. Client Project

Smartsave wallet is a product of AFB organization. It facilitates customers to set up their smart accounts and avail balance report, easy fund transfer, short-term loan of up to 30 days, receive cash within 24 hours without security and bank account required.

2. Implemented Service

Letshego clients/customers had to come to the bank to collect their loan amount. The aim was to provide a digital solution to disburse loan amount without the need to reach bank. Smartsave wallet provided the loan amount disbursement facility within an hour without the need to have a bank account. It integrated with the Loan Originated System (LOS).
